Welcome to Dayi's Homepage!

I'm currently a 4^th-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University, advised by Prof. Xiaodong Zhang. I received my B.Eng. from Southern University of Science and Technology in 2021. More details can be found in my resume.

My current research focuses on parallel computing, algorithm engineering, and data management in computer systems. I develop state-of-the-art parallel solutions for fundamental problems such as tree edit distance, graph maximum matching, and bipartite weighted matching, by combining innovative algorithm design with efficient implementations on multicore CPUs and GPUs.

I am also interested in system-level challenges for AI and data-intensive applications. Please feel free to contact me and I always enjoy meeting new people!
